COURSE DESCRIPTION
This workshop is designed to cover the HOME CHDO requirements and to focus on tools and techniques the PJ can utilize to manage CHDO funding and projects to assure timely completion and compliance of CHDO set aside funds. Topics would include reporting, establishing project milestones, and could include project workouts including amending funded project agreements to adjust subsidy levels, numbers of units, and marketing and target household criteria.
